Asking for donations and fundraising is the worst part of this job, but it has to be done I’m afraid. We have an open vibrant democracy with strict limits on campaign spending, but we still need to actually fundraise money to spend in order to compete against some very powerfully, and differently, funded opponents. Over the coming 12 months, we will have the local, European and General Election, so any little bit to help promote the Dún Laoghaire Fine Gael team will go a long way.
